莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的分析莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2017年1月至2022年1月胆汁反流性胃炎患者共38例,随机分为两组,每组19例,对照组患者给予莫沙必利治疗,试验组在该基础上增加铝碳酸镁片。比较两组症状缓解时间以及治疗前后两组患者胃泌素、胃动素、生长抑素、生存质量情况、炎症指标水平,并比较组间的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组的反酸缓解时间、胃酸缓解时间、胃泌素水平、胃动素水平、生长抑素水平、生存质量、炎症指标、总有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗过程均未见严重不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效优于莫沙比利,莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁片可促进胃部炎症的控制和症状的缓解,改善胃肠激素水平,促使患者生活质量得到改善,且用药安全性高,未出现严重不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of mosapride combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods A total of 38 patients with bile reflux gastritis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected.The number table was randomly divided into two groups:19 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with mosapride,and the patients in the test group were added with magnesium aluminate carbonate tablets on this basis.The symptom relief time,gastrin,motilin and somatostatin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the quality of life of the two groups was investigated before and after treatment,and the differences were compared.Before and after treatment,combined with laboratory examination,we learned the level of inflammatory indicators of patients,and compared the total effective rate and adverse reactions between groups.Results After treatment,the acid regurgitation time,gastric acid relief time,the levels of gastrin,motilin and somatostatin,the quality of life,inflammatory indicators,and total effective rate in the test group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of mosapride combined with magnesium aluminate carbonate tablets in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis is better than that of mosapride.The combination of mosapride and magnesium aluminate carbonate tablets can better promote the control of gastric inflammation and the relief of symptoms,improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones,promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients,and has a certain clinical value with high drug safety and no serious adverse effects.
