摘　　要：目的 探究^(131)I对甲状腺癌切除术患者近期疗效及对甲状腺激素的影响。方法 选择2018年2月—2022年5月于山东颐养健康集团淄博医院治疗的70例患者,随机均分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。两组均行甲状腺癌切除术,围手术期对照组予常规治疗,观察组予^(131)I治疗。对比两组短期治疗效果、甲状腺激素以及乳腺癌转移抑制基因(breast cancer metastasis suppressor gene 1,BRMS1)和间随连接蛋白43(connexin 43,Cx43)的阳性表达率。结果 观察组总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的91.43%,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT_(4))水平高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的TSH水平低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组的BRMS1、Cx43阳性表达率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 ^(131)I对甲状腺癌切除术患者近期疗效较好,可改善甲状腺激素水平与BRMS1和Cx43的阳性率。Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of^(131)I in patients with thyroid carcinoma resection and its effect on thyroid hormone.Methods A total of 70 patients treated in Shandong Yiyang Jiankang Group Zibo Hospital from February 2018 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).Both groups underwent thyroidectomy,and the control group received routine treatment during perioperative period,while the observation group received^(131)I treatment.The thyroxine and the positive expression rate of breast cancer metastasis suppressor gene 1(BRMS1)and Connexin 43(Cx43).Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the control group(91.43%),with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s FT_(3) and FT_(4) levels were higher than the control group’s(P<0.05),and the observation group’s TSH levels were relatively lower than the control group’s(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive expression rates of BRMS1 and Cx43 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion^(131)I has good short-term efficacy in patients with thyroid carcinoma resection,and can improve thyroid hormone levels,positive rate of BRMS1 and Cx43.
