摘　　要：目的研究前列腺癌患者超声引导前列腺穿刺活检组织中α甲酰基辅酶A消旋酶(α-methylacyl-CoA racemase,P504s)、高分子量角蛋白(high molecular weight keratin,CK-h)、p63、细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)表达及意义。方法选取金华市人民医院2018年6月至2022年1月171例前列腺癌患者超声引导前列腺穿刺活检组织作为研究对象并进行回顾性分析,免疫组化法进行检测癌组织及癌旁组织标本中P504s、CK-h、p63、CK5/6阳性表达率,分析P504s、CK-h、p63、CK5/6与临床特征的相关性。结果癌组织中P504s阳性率高于癌旁组织,CK-h、p63、CK5/6阳性率低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。P504s、CK-h、p63、CK5/6表达与病理分级、分化程度、Gleason评分具有一定相关性(P<0.05)。结论P504s在前列腺癌组织中表达升高,CK-h、p63、CK5/6在前列腺癌组织中表达降低,且P504s表达水平随着病理分级、分化程度、Gleason评分逐渐增强,表明P504s、CK-h、p63、CK5/6联合检测在前列腺癌的诊断中具有较高价值。Objective To study α-methylacyl-CoA racemase,P504s,high molecular weight keratin(CK-h),p63,cytokeratin 5/6 in ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy tissue from prostate cancer patients(CK5/6)expression and significance.Methods The ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy tissue of 171 patients with prostate cancer in Jinhua People’s Hospital from June 2018 to January 2022 was selected as the research object and retrospective analysis,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect P504s,CK-h,p63 and CK5/6 in cancer tissue and adjacent tissue positive expression rate,analyzed the correlation between P504s,CK-h,p63,CK5/6 and clinical characteristics.Results The positive rate of P504s was higher than that in cancerous tissues,and CK-h,p63,and CK5/6 were lower than that in cancerous tissues(P<0.05).The expression of P504s,CK-h,p63,and CK5/6 were correlated with pathological grade,differentiation degree,and Gleason score(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of P504s increased in prostate cancer tissue,while the expression of CK-h,p63,CK5/6 decreased in prostate cancer tissue,and the expression level of P504s gradually increased with the pathological grade,degree of differentiation and Gleason score,indicating that P504s,CK-h.
