摘  要:浅圆仓粮食在进仓过程中自动分级现象较严重,给日常储粮管理带来较大的安全隐患,特别是靠近粮堆中间,从中心点粮面往下10 m~20 m深度的粮食会形成圆柱状的杂质区,该部位粮食孔隙度小通风不畅,易发热,处理不及时该区域最高粮温会达到36℃,带来品质劣变的风险。通过安装“器字型”防分级八口布料器,进仓时采取自然分流、多点布料的入仓方式,使粮堆中间杂质等高聚集区域变为分散分布,试验效果明显,有利于消除储粮安全隐患。Shallow round silo was originally fed into the silo by a single point drop from the top of the silo,but the phenomenon of automatic classification of grain in the process of feeding is serious,which brings great security risks to the daily grain storage management.Especially near the middle of the grain pile,and the central point grain surface down 10-20 meters depth could form cylindrical impurity area,the porosity of the part was not smooth ventilation,if the heating treatment was not timely the highest temperature of the region will reach 36℃,which was easy to cause the region grain heating mildew storage problems.By installing a“FONT”anti-classification eight-port cloth device,during entering the warehouse with a natural distribution and multi-point cloth storage way,making the middle of the grain pile impurities and other high gathering areas into dispersed distribution.The experimental effect was obvious,which was conducive to eliminate the grain safety risks.
