摘　　要：近年来,随着内镜技术的不断发展,非壶腹部十二指肠浅表肿瘤(SNADET)病变的发现率逐渐增高,早期发现的SNADET较少进行远处转移,因此,诊断和治疗早期SNADET十分重要。该文通过对中外文献的查阅,分析汇总了SNADET内镜切除技术,以期为如何改善SNADET的内镜微创治疗,提高其疗效及安全性,提高患者的生活质量,对进一步深入研究提供思路与帮助。In recent years,with persistent development of endoscopic technology,the detection rate of superficial non-ampullary duodenal epithelial tumors(SNADETs)has been gradually increased.SNADETs which are identified during early stage rarely metastasize distantly.Consequently,early diagnosis and treatment of SNADETs are of significance.In this article,literature review was conducted at home and abroad,endoscopic resection technologies for SNADETs were analyzed and summarized,aiming to improve endoscopic minimally invasive treatment for SNADETs,enhance clinical efficacy and safety,elevate the quality of life and provide ideas and reference for subsequent in-depth research.
