贝伐珠单抗联合替莫唑胺同步放疗治疗新诊断胶质母细胞瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨贝伐珠单抗(BEV)联合替莫唑胺(TMZ)同步放疗治疗新诊断胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)的临床效果。方法抽取濮阳市人民医院2020年2月至2021年8月收治的98例新诊断GBM患者。按双色球法分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组采用TMZ方案化疗同步放疗,观察组采用BEV联合TMZ方案化疗同步放疗。比较两组临床效果。结果随访0.5、1年时,观察组缓解率(69.39%,34/49;51.02%,25/49)高于对照组(49.98%,24/49;28.57%,14/49),P<0.05;治疗前两组生活质量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗半年观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血压升高率、出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新诊断GBM采取BEV联合TMZ同步放疗,相比单用TMZ方案化疗同步放疗,不仅可提高临床疗效,而且还可减少血压升高、出血发生,对提高患者的生活质量有益。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of synchronous bevacizumab(BEV)combined with temozolomide(TMZ)chemotherapy and radiotherapy on newly diagnosed glioblastoma(GBM).Methods Ninety-eight newly diagnosed GBM patients admitted to Puyang People’s Hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the double-color sphere method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated by synchronous TMZ chemotherapy and radiotherapy,while the observation group was treated by synchronous BEV combined with TMZ chemotherapy and radiotherapy.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results During 0.5-year and 1-year follow-up,the remission rates in the observation group(69.39%,34/49;51.02%,25/44)were higher than those in the control group(49.98%,24/49;28.57%,14/49),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the score of the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after half a year of treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of blood pressure rising and bleeding rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with synchronous TMZ chemotherapy and radiotherapy,synchronous BEV combined with TMZ chemotherapy and radiotherapy for newly diagnosed GBM can not only improve the clinical efficacy,but also reduce blood pressure and bleeding,which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients.
