摘  要:目的比较微创去腐技术、传统高速牙钻机械去腐技术治疗儿童乳牙龋病的临床效果。方法抽取2021年3月至2022年2月河南神火集团总医院收治的87例单颗乳牙龋齿患儿,依据区组随机化分组,分为对照组(43例,高速牙钻机械去腐)和观察组(44例,化学机械微创去腐)。比较两组患儿龋齿治疗期间疼痛、舒适、操作耐受评分,治疗操作时间,治疗后口腔功能恢复时间、近远期临床有效率、口腔咀嚼功能评分,远期不良预后发生率。结果观察组视觉模拟评分法评分、Kuttner评分低于对照组,Houpt评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗操作时间、治疗后口腔功能恢复时间少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1年,观察组有效率(95.45%,42/44)高于对照组(81.40%,35/43),P<0.05。治疗6个月后,观察组食物类型、咀嚼效率、咀嚼稳固性、咀嚼异常评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05),但两组有效率、不良预后发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创去腐技术治疗乳牙龋齿对患儿治疗耐受、舒适度及疼痛感受改善效果优于高速牙钻机械去腐治疗,并可在短期内纠正口腔咀嚼功能,但两类治疗后均需配合有效口腔健康指导以减少不良预后的发生。Objective To compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive decorrosion technology and traditional high-speed dental drill mechanical decorrosion treatment on deciduous tooth caries in children.Methods Eighty-seven children with caries in a single deciduous tooth treated in Henan Shenhuo Group General Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected.According to the randomization group,they were divided into control group(43 cases,treated by traditional high-speed dental drill mechanical decorrosion treatment)and observation group(44 cases,treated by chemical-mechanical minimally invasive decorrosion).The scores of pain,comfort and operation tolerance during caries treatment,treatment operation time,oral function recovery time after treatment,short-term and long-term clinical effectiveness,oral chewing function score,and incidence of long-term adverse prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale scores and Kuttner scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of Houpt were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment operation time and oral function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the effective rate of the observation group(95.45%,42/44)was higher than that of the control group(81.40%,35/43),P<0.05.After 6 months of treatment,the scores of food type,chewing efficiency,chewing stability and chewing abnormality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the effective rate and the incidence of adverse prognosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive decorrosion technology is better than high-speed dental drill mechanical decorrosion in improving the treatment tolerance,comfort and pain perception of children with deciduous tooth caries.And it can correct oral chewing function in a short time.Howev
