摘  要:慢性非传染性疾病已成为全球关注的公共卫生问题,随着人口老龄化日益严重,我国的慢性病防治形势将更加严峻。近年来,随着互联网等新兴技术的发展,“互联网+”在慢性病管理中的应用成为热点。文章在综述国内外“互联网+”在慢性病管理研究及产业发展现状的基础上,提出“互联网+”慢性病管理的应用趋势:顺应健康服务需求由“医疗服务”向“健康服务”转型,升级多元化健康服务模式,营造开放包容有序的政策环境,推动“互联网+”慢性病管理平台与保险体系、医药体系的深度融合。为我国“互联网+”慢性病管理的进一步发展提供政策建议。Chronic non-communicable diseases have become a global public health problem.With the increasing aging of the population,the situation of chronic disease prevention and control in China will become more severe.In recent years,with the development of emerging technologies such as the Internet,the application of“Internet+”in chronic disease management has become a hot spot.Based on the review of the research and industrial development status of“Internet+”in chronic disease management at home and abroad,this paper proposes the application trend of“Internet+”chronic disease management,conforms to the transformation of health service demand from“medical service”to“health service”,upgrades diversified health service models,creates an open,inclusive and orderly policy environment,and promotes the deep integration of“Internet+”chronic disease management platform with insurance financial system and medical system,with a view to providing policy recommendations for the further development of“Internet+”chronic disease management in China.
