摘　　要：通过对某高校附属医院中层干部队伍现状进行描述分析,并开展专家咨询和查阅相关报告,分析该院中层干部队伍建设中存在的问题,结合干部管理政策和各地先进经验和典型做法,提出附属医院加强中层干部队伍建设的措施建议和意见。Through descriptively analyzing the current situation of the middle-level cadre team in an affiliated hospital of a university,and carrying out expert consultation,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of middle-level cadre team in the hospital by referring to relevant research,and puts forward suggestions for strengthening the cadre team construction in the affiliated hospital based on the cadre management policies,the advanced experience and typical practices of various places.
