皮肤科规培护士“临床导向型”理论教学方法探析

摘  要:目的 总结皮肤科规培护士理论教学方法体会。方法 遵循整群抽样的原则,研究时间为2019年5月—2022年5月,收集护理本科44例学生作为本次研究的研究对象,根据1∶1随机数字表法把所有规培护士分为临床导向组22例与对照组22。对照组给予传统教学,临床导向组给予基于“临床导向型”理论的教学,两组教学时间为1个月。结果 教学后临床导向组的医院皮肤护理理论考核成绩分别为(95.27±2.33)分,显著高于对照组的(86.13±3.98)分(P<0.05)。教学后评估两组的评判性思维能力得分,显示均是相比教学前有显著的增长(P<0.05),尤其是临床导向组的得分更高(P<0.05)。教学后临床导向组对教学内容、教学方法、教学计划的满意度分别为100.0%、95.45%、100.0%,显著高于对照组的81.82%、72.73%和81.82%(P<0.05)。结论 “临床导向型”理论教学在皮肤科规培护士理论课教学中应用能加强学生学生对皮肤护理相关知识的了解,增强评判性思维能力,提高规培护士的满意度。Objective To sum up the experience of theoretical teaching methods for nurse standardization training in dermatology department.Methods Following the principle of cluster sampling,the study was conducted from May 2019 to May 2022,with 44 undergraduate nursing students as the research objects.The nurses were divided into clinical orientation group(n=22)and control group(n=22)according to the 1∶1 random number table.The control group was instructed with traditional teaching,and the clinically oriented group was instructed based on the“clinically oriented”theory,with a teaching duration of 1 month.Results After one month instruction,the scores of hospital skin care theory examination in the clinical orientation group were significantly higher than in the control group(95.27±2.33 vs 86.13±3.98,P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability of the two groups after teaching evaluation showed that there was a significant increase compared with that before the instruction(P<0.05),especially in the clinically oriented group(P<0.05).After the 1 month instruction,the satisfaction of clinical guidance group with teaching content,teaching method and teaching plan was significantly higher than that of the control group,respectively(100.0%vs.81.82%;95.45%vs.72.73%and 100.0%vs.81.82%,P<0.05).Conclusion The“clinically oriented”instruction in the theoretical teaching in the nurse standardization training in the dermatology department can strengthen their skin care related knowledge,enhance their ability of critical thinking,and improve their satisfaction.
