摘　　要：PXDN基因属于过氧化氢酶家族,是一种具有过氧化物酶活性的细胞外基质蛋白相关的基因。许多研究发现,PXDN基因与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切关系,但其在各肿瘤中的作用各有不同。本文对其与肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述。PXDN gene belongs to catalase family,which is an extracellular matrix protein-related gene with per-oxidase activity.Many studies have found that PXDN gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of a vari-ety of malignant tumors,but its role in each tumor is different.This article reviews the research progress of its relation-ship with tumor.
