摘 要:目的:构建护理本科临床实习形成性评价指标体系,为护理本科生临床实习的培养、考核和评价提供参考依据。方法:以形成性评价理论为基础,结合文献研究拟定指标体系初稿,通过德尔菲法、层次分析法和熵权法相结合确定各级指标权重,构建护理本科临床实习形成性评价指标体系。结果:构建的护理本科临床实习形成性评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、13个二级指标和36个三级指标。2轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为93.8%和100.0%,专家权威系数为0.871,专家意见协调系数分别为0.249和0.306(P<0.001),研究结果及权重设置科学可靠。结论:本研究构建的护理本科临床实习形成性评价指标体系具有较强的科学性和可靠性,为护理本科临床实习评价提供了一定的参考依据,后续应进行指标体系实证验证,以探讨其可行性。Objective:To construct a formative evaluation index system for clinical practice of nursing undergraduates,and to provide reference for the cultivation,assessment and evaluation of clinical practice of nursing undergraduates.Methods:Based on the formative evaluation theory and literature research,the draft of the index system was drawn up.The weights of indicators at all levels were determined by Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,and the formative evaluation index system of clinical practice in undergraduate nursing was established.Results:The established evaluation index system of clinical practice for nursing undergraduates included 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators.The effective recoveries of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 93.8%and 100.0%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.871,and the expert opinion coordination coefficient was 0.249 and 0.306(P<0.001),respectively.The research results and weight setting were scientific and reliable.Conclusions:The formative evaluation index system of nursing undergraduate clinical practice established in this study has strong scientific and reliability,which provides a certain reference basis for the evaluation of nursing undergraduate clinical practice.Subsequent empirical verification of the index system should be carried out to explore its feasibility.
