摘 要:目的:了解乳腺癌组织中KAI1的表达情况和血管生成拟态(VM)的情况,探讨两者间的关系及其临床意义。方法:存档乳腺癌石蜡标本94例,对照为乳腺良性增生性病变20例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测KAI1的失表达情况及特殊组织化学法染色检测VM。分析两者之间及其与临床病理参数间的关系。结果:乳腺癌组织中KAI1的表达率远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),KAI1的表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织中VM的阳性率为39.29%,对照组未检出VM,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VM的表达与各临床病理指标间均无相关性;但KAI1蛋白的表达与乳腺癌组织中VM呈负相关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,KAI1阳性表达组的病例生存率高(P<0.05);而VM检出阳性组生存率低(P<0.05)。结论:KAI1表达可能促进VM发生,进而与乳腺癌的生长和转移有关,在乳腺癌中检测KAI1和VM可能对肿瘤的进展和预后判断有重要意义。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate KAI1 expression and vasculogenic mimicry(VM)in breast cancer tissues,the relationship between KAI1 and VM,and the clinical significance of KAI1 expression missing.Methods:94 cases of clinical breast cancer and 20 cases of benign hyperplastic breast lesions as controls were collected.KAI1 expression and VM were detected respectively by immunohistochemistry and special histochemical staining,and the relationship between KAI1 and VM and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results:The expression loss rate of KAI1 in breast cancer tissues was much lower and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The expression of KAI1 was related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.The positive rate of VM in breast cancer tissues was 39.29%,but no VM was detected benign hyperplastic breast lesions.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no correlation between VM expression and clinicopathological indicators.However,KAI1 expression was negatively correlated with VM(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the survival rate of KAI1 positive patients was significantly higher than that of KAI1 negative patients(P<0.05).The survival rate of VM positive patients was significantly lower than that of VM negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:KAI1 expression loss is related to VM,which maybe promotes the growth and metastasis of breast cancer.Detection of KAI1 and VM in breast cancer is of great significance maybe for tumor progression and prognosis.
