摘　　要：本文理论阐释了企业数字化转型对产业链关联的影响机制,并基于2007~2020年中国上市公司年报和投入产出表数据,运用面板数据模型来揭示企业数字化转型对产业链关联的影响效应和作用机制。研究发现,企业数字化转型能够促进产业链关联水平的提升,且存在滞后效应。进一步研究发现,企业数字化转型能够通过降低内部生产成本和外部交易成本两种渠道来影响产业链关联,由于数字化转型降低外部交易成本的幅度更大,最终均表现为促进产业链关联。本文的研究结论有助于厘清企业数字化转型与产业链关联之间的关系,为政府制定合理的数字经济政策以及有效引导企业数字化转型赋能产业链关联提供重要的政策指引和借鉴。The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan(2021~2025)for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision 2035 of the People's Republic of China proposed to accelerate digital development,promote the construction of a digital society and a digital government,and activate the potential of data elements.Digital economy has become the most dynamic,innovative,and extensive economic sector,and its foothold lies in enterprise digital transformation.Through data acquisition,analysis,and utilization of data,digital economy can improve production efficiency and business performance,and achieve the transformation of business models.In the context of the rapid development of digital economy,the new generation of information and communication technology has promoted digital industrialization and industrial digitization,and data have become the key production factor driving the development of the new economy.The new formats and new scenarios are constantly updated.The layout of China's industrial chain is facing major changes,and a new industrial cooperation model is gradually taking shape.Enterprise digital transformation has a profound impact on industrial chain linkage,which is not only an important guarantee for building a new development pattern,but also the basis for dealing with the complexities of the external environment.Therefore,understanding how to use enterprise digital transformation to promote the resource integration and coordinated development of the upstream and downstream sides of the industrial chain is of great significance to smooth the domestic and international double circulation and boost high-quality economic development of the economy.This paper systematically investigates the theoretical mechanism of impact of enterprise digital transformation on industrial chain linkage,and constructs a mathematical economic model to verify the economic logic of such impact.Based on the annual reports of listed companies in China from 2007 to 2020,this paper uses the entropy method and the text analysis method
