摘  要:以线性压缩机吸排气阀组为研究对象,考虑吸排气阀组特征,依据结构动力学构建吸排气阀组结构域动力学方程;利用计算流体力学的基本理论,建立吸排气阀组流体控制方程;结合Lighthill声比拟方法建立吸排气阀组声学模型。考虑吸排气阀片组结构-流体-声学各物理场耦合面间物理量传递关系,利用ANSYS Workbench多物理场仿真平台,构建基于结构-流体-声学多物理场耦合的线性压缩机吸排气组仿真模型,研究不同工作频率下吸排气阀组的气动噪声。结果表明:随着活塞运行频率的增大,吸排阀组的气动噪声随之增强,但运行频率达到100 Hz之后增幅变缓,为合理选取压缩机工作频率提供了依据。Taking suction and exhaust valve group of linear compressor as the research object,considering the characteristics of the suction and exhaust valve group,and the structural domain dynamic equation of the suction and exhaust valve group is constructed according to the structural dynamics.Using the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics,the fluid control equations of suction and exhaust valve groups are established.The acoustic model of the suction and exhaust valve group is established by combining the Lighthill sound analogy method.Considering the physical quantity transfer relationship between the coupling surfaces of the structure fluid acoustic physical fields of the intake and exhaust valve group,a simulation model of the intake and exhaust valve group of a linear compressor based on the coupling of the structure fluid acoustic multi physical fields is built by using the ANSYS Workbench multi physical field simulation platform to study the aerodynamic noise of the intake and exhaust valve group at different operating frequencies.The results show that the aerodynamic noise of the suction and exhaust valve group increases with the increase of the operating frequency of the plug,but the increase slows down after the operating frequency reaches 100 Hz.The research results can provide a basis for reasonably selecting the operating frequency of the compressor.
