摘　　要：句子是一群含有主语与动词的文字组合。英文分从句和主句。从属连词引导从句。“从属”一词意味着隶属于某种权威或掌控之下。从属连词所引导的句子称为从句,这种句子因为不能表达完整意思而无法独立成句。从句必须依附于主句才能存在。A group of words that has a subject and a verb is a clause.English has both dependent clauses and independent clauses.(See below for diferences.)A subordinating conjunction introduces one kind of dependent clause.The word subordinate means to be under the authority or control of something.A subordinating conjunction introduces a subordinate or dependent clause.This clause can't stand alone because it does not express a complete thought.It needs to be attached to an independent clause,which is a sentence.
