摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,我国的新闻出版行业也进入了新媒体时代。在这个信息快速传播的时代,传统出版媒体面临着诸多挑战。科技期刊是传播科技成果和信息的重要途径之一,为了有效提升阅读的便捷性,满足广大读者的需求,改进纸质期刊的编辑和出版模式,针对新媒体数字时代编辑能力素养和水平的提升进行探讨,希望能够为编辑出版行业的发展提供一些思路和参考。With the rapid development of information technology,China’s press and publication industry has also entered the new media era.In this era of rapid dissemination of information,traditional publishing media are facing many challenges.Sci-tech journals are one of the important ways to disseminate scientific and technological achievements and information.In order to effectively improve the convenience of reading and meet the needs of readers,it is necessary to improve the editing and publishing modes of paper journals.The improvement of editing ability and quality in the digital era of new media is discussed,hoping to provide some ideas and references for the development of editing and publishing industry.
