摘 要:成功素质教育是传统素质教育的拓展和创新,它与社会体育专业教育有效融合发展,能够赋予人才成长所需的时代意识与综合素养。因此在现实实践中,必须重视把握融合实践中的几个关键环节:在科学规划运行机制方面,将成功素质教育观纳入顶层设计;在理论教学创新方面,强调“四观”在教学中的有效渗透;在强化实践教学环节,通过构建产学研联合人才培养新机制,助力“三种能力”提升;在优化师资队伍层面,盘活校内现有资源,挖掘社会潜在资源,营造成功素质教育舆论氛围,创建与发挥“三师型”导师库及其职能。Quality-oriented education on success is advancement and innovation of traditional quality-oriented education.It effectively integrates with social sports education,which can endow talents with the consciousness of the times and comprehensive qualities required for their growth.Therefore,in practice,it is necessary to pay more attention to grasping several key links in the integration practice.Firstly,in the scientific planning and operation mechanism,the concept of quality-oriented education on success should be included in the top-level design.Secondly,in realizing theoretical teaching innovation,“four views”should be effectively penetrated into teaching.Thirdly,in the process of strengthening practical teaching,we should help to improve the“three abilities”by building a new mechanism for the talents cultivation combining industry-university-research.Lastly,in opti⁃mizing the teaching staff,it is necessary to make good use of the existing resources in the school,tap the poten⁃tial resources in society,cultivate and create a public opinion atmosphere for quality-oriented education on suc⁃cess,and create the pool of mentors and take the advantages of its functions.
