摘　　要：蛋白酶体α7亚基(PSMA7)是20S蛋白酶体核心复合物的一个亚基。通过泛素-蛋白酶体途径在细胞增殖、免疫微环境调节、细胞周期调控及细胞分化等生理过程中发挥关键性作用,亦与癌症的发生、发展、转移以及预后密切相关。本文对PSMA7在不同癌症中的作用作一综述,以期为癌症诊断和治疗提供潜在生物标志物的同时为癌症治疗靶向药物的开发提供理论依据。Proteasome subunitα7(PSMA7)is a subunit of the 20S proteasome core complex,which plays a key role in such physiological processes as cell proliferation,immune microenvironment regulation,cell cycle regulation and cell differentiation,and is closely related to the occurrence,development,metastasis and prognosis of tumors through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.The article reviews the role of PSMA7 in cancers to provide potential biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and treatment as well as theoretical basis for the development of targeted drugs for cancer therapy.
