摘  要:研究了用石墨烯取代部分炭黑后,减振橡胶材料力学性能、耐磨性能及动静刚度比的变化规律。结果表明,当炭黑与石墨烯并用质量比为15/2.5和20/2时,胶料动静刚度比较低,而且胶料具有良好的力学性能、耐磨性以及耐老化性。固定炭黑与石墨烯并用质量比为15/2.5时,研究了硫磺体系对胶料性能的影响,结果表明,当硫磺与促进剂质量比为2.5/1.5时,硫化胶具有较低的动静刚度比和高的抗动态疲劳性能,且综合物理机械性能优良。The variations of mechanical properties,wear resistance and dynamic static stiffness ratio of damping rubber material after replacing part of carbon black with graphene were studied.The experimental results showed that when the carbon black/graphene blend ratio was 15/2.5 and 20/2,the dynamic and static stiffness ratio of the rubber compound was relatively low,and the rubber compound had good mechanical properties,wear resistance and aging resistance.When the ratio of fixed carbon black/graphene was 15/2.5,the effect of sulfur system on the properties of the compound was studied.The results showed that when the sulfur/accelerator content was 2.5/1.5,the vulcanizate had low dynamic static stiffness ratio,high dynamic fatigue resistance,and excellent comprehensive physical and mechanical properties.
