摘 要:研究了硫化温度和硫化时间对天然橡胶(NR)和NR/反式丁戊橡胶(TBIR)并用胶应用性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的硫化温度下,NR与NR/TBIR并用胶的焦烧时间、工艺正硫化时间和交联密度几乎一致。对比140℃、150℃和160℃硫化温度下NR和NR/TBIR硫化胶的性能,NR/TBIR并用胶在160℃下硫化时磨耗性能和滚动阻力优势最大,150℃硫化时疲劳性能优势最大。对比160℃下的硫化时间,发现其变化不会明显影响TBIR在NR体系中的磨耗性能、滚动阻力和疲劳性能优势的发挥。The effects of vulcanization temperature and time on the application properties of NR and NR/TBIR blends were studied.The results showed that,the scorch time,optimum curing time and crosslinking density of NR and NR/TBIR blends were almost the same at the same curing temperature.The properties of NR and NR/TBIR vulcanizated at 140℃,150℃and 160℃were investigated.Compared with NR vulcanizates,NR/TBIR vulcanized at 160℃showed the greatest advantages in wear resistance and rolling resistance.And the fatigue resistance of NR/TBIR vulcanized at 150℃was best.It was also found that the change of vulcanization time did not significantly affect the advantages of NR/TBIR vulcanizates in the wear resistance,rolling resistance and fatigue resistance compared with NR vulcanizates.
