老子故里再辨析

摘　　要：中国哲学始祖老子出生地在何处,是学术界聚讼的话题之一。由于时代的变迁及行政区划的更变,老子出生地名也多变,因而出现安徽涡阳、河南鹿邑两种声音。《史记》说老子楚苦县厉乡曲仁里人;《老子铭》说老子楚相县人,相虚荒而属苦;北魏陈留郡新置谷阳县境有苦城,唐宋时谷阳县先后更名真源和卫真。老子故里明清属亳州城父,清末属涡阳县。老子出生地名虽多变,然其位于“谯左”“涡阳”千载不变。河南鹿邑说缘于晋初《太康地记》所云“梁国,苦,城东有赖陵祠,老子所生地”。之后,唐人编纂《晋书》收入并误引为《汉书》注。元鹿邑东迁于亳州西40里处新建县城,新修老子庙及升仙台,复制历代碑刻,进一步误导后人的认知,混乱了老子出生地。然春秋楚苦县与汉陈苦县实非一地,晋陈郡父阳县与北魏陈留郡谷阳县亦无关联。鹿邑境晋陈苦县(父阳县)老子祠,属汉晋道教文化遗存,与其他地方的老子传说一样,承载着人们对老学的虔诚与自信。历代典籍以无可争辩的史实厘清两苦县的沿革,昭示世人:老子故里在涡阳,这是不容置疑的!Where Laozi,the originator of Chinese philosophy,was bom is one of the controversial topics in academia.Due to the change of times and the change of administrative divisions,the place name of Laozi's birth is also changeable,so there are two voices:Guoyang in Anhui Province and Luyi in Henan Province.Records of the Historian said that Lao-Tzu was from Quren,Li Township in Chuku County;Lao Tzu Ming said that Lao Tzu Chu was from Xiang County;Guyang County in Chenliu County in the Northern Wei Dynasty has a Kucheng.In the Tang and Song Dynasties,Guyang County was renamed Zhenyuan and Weizhen successively.Laozi's hometown belongs to Bozhou Chengfu in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and Guoyang County in the late Qing Dynasty.The birthplace name of Laozi changed,but it was located in"Qiao Zuo","Guo Yang"for thousands of years unchanged.The name of Luyi in Henan Province originated from the early Jin Dynasty5s Taikang Records,which said,"The state of Liang is Ku.In the east of the city,there is Lai Ling Temple,where Laozi was born."Later,the Tang people compiled the Jin Shu and misquoted it as the Han Shu.Luyi in Yuan dynasty was moved 40 miles eastwards to a new town west of Bozhou,and Laozi Temple and Shengxiantai were built,copying the inscriptions of previous dynasties,which further misled the cognition of later generations and confused Laozi's birthplace.However,Chuku County and Chenku County of Han Dynasty were not the same place as Chenku County in Spring and Autumn dynasties,and Fuyang County of Chen County of Jin Dynasty was not related to Guyang County of Chenliu County of Northern Wei Dynasty.Laozi Temple in Luyi Chenku County(Fuyang County)in Jin dynasty was the Taoist cultural relics in Han and Jin.Like the legend of Laozi in other places,it carries people's piety and confidence in Laozi studies.The ancient books clarify the evolution of two Ku Counties with indisputable historical fects,and show the world that Laozi5s hometown is in Guoyang,which is beyond doubt.
