摘　　要：目的 观察针刺联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗糖尿病麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法 经北京市昌平区中医医院常规检查确诊为糖尿病麻痹性斜视患者68例,采用随机对照的方法分为两组,对照组34例复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,针刺组34例在此基础上给予联合针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后三棱镜斜视度变化及临床治疗效果。结果 针刺组三棱镜斜视度改善优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);针刺组平均病程明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺组痊愈、有效、无效及总有效与对照组相比,有统计学差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后并发症比较,对照组多于针刺组。结论 针刺联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗糖尿病麻痹性斜视起效快,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with superficial temporal injection of compound anisodine injection in treating diabetes paralytic strabismus.Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetes paralytic strabismus diagnosed by routine examination in Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(34 cases)was treated with compound anisodine injection,and the acupuncture group(34 cases)was treated with combined acupuncture on this basis.The changes of prism strabismus degree and clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results In the acupuncture group,the deviation of the prism was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);The average course of disease in the acupuncture group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the recovery,effectiveness,ineffectiveness and total effectiveness of the acupuncture group were statistically different(P>0.05);The complications after treatment in the control group were more than those in the acupuncture group.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with superficial temporal injection of compound anisodine injection in the treatment of diabetes paralytic strabismus is fast,safe and worth promoting.
