摘  要:随着医疗技术的不断发展,血管成像技术逐渐成为了检测和治疗脉络膜视网膜疾病的重要手段之一。其中,扫频源光学相干断层扫描血流成像(SS-OCTA)技术因其高分辨率、无需注射造影剂等特点,可以非侵入性地研究视网膜和脉络膜的血管结构和血流动力学,提高了眼科疾病的检测和治疗精度和安全性,逐渐受到临床医生的重视。本文的主要目的是对SS-OCTA在脉络膜视网膜疾病中的应用进展进行综述,并对相关的研究进行分析和总结。With the continuous development of medical technology,vascular imaging has gradually become an essential means for detecting and treating chorioretinal diseases.Among them,swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography(SS-OCTA)technology,with its high resolution and non-invasive characteristics such as no need for contrast agents,can study the vascular structure and blood flow dynamics of the retina and choroid non-invasively.This technology has improved the detection and treatment accuracy and safety of ophthalmic diseases,and has gradually received attention from clinical physicians.The primary purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive review of the application progress of SS-OCTA in chorioretinal diseases,and to analyze and summarize the related research.
