摘　　要：颈动脉海绵窦瘘(carotid cavernous fistula, CCF)是一种颈动脉与海绵窦之间形成异常的动静脉交通的脑血管疾病,约2/3由外伤所致,少部分病因不明,CCF多数患者以眼部表现为首发症状,眼突、结膜充血、水肿、眼球运动障碍等为眼部常见临床表现,部分患者症状不典型或临床医师对该病认识不够充分,容易漏诊及误诊。Carotid cavernous fistula(CCF)is a cerebrovascular disease formed by the abnormal flow between the carotid artery and cavernous sinus.About two two-third of the CCF are caused by trauma,and a small part are caused by unknown reason.Most CCF patients CCF patients present ocular manifestations as the first symptom.Common clinical manifestations of the eye are eye-tubercle,conjunctival congestion,edema and eye movement disorder.Some patients are easily undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for the reason of atypicalsymptoms,while inadequate understanding of the disease by clinicians also leads to miss or misdiagnosis.
