摘  要:为了在作战单位规模、数量较大的复杂环境中获得有效的作战指挥命令,提出了一种信息化条件下的一体化联合指挥控制流程建模方法。使用实体层和功能层双耦合信息化网络,得到作战单位间的联合、指挥和增援的信息协同共享关系,明确作战单位序列号、上下级指挥关系、部队拥有资源、需求资源、任务清单、部队可并行完成任务量以及重要程度。通过Agent框架,从知识库建立、战场态势评估、指挥控制决策和自组织学习4个方面构建联合指挥控制流程模型。实验表明,所建模型指挥控制流程合理、逻辑正确,可实现有效指挥控制。In order to obtain effective combat command in the complex environment with large scale and quantity of combat units,a modeling method of integrated joint command and control process under information conditions is proposed.Use the dual-coupled information network at the entity level and the function level to obtain the information collaboration and sharing relationship of the joint,command and reinforcement between the combat units,and clarify the sequence number of the combat units,the command relationship between the upper and lower levels,the resources owned by the force,the required resources,the task list,the number of tasks that the force can complete in parallel and the importance.Through the Agent framework,the joint command and control process model is constructed from four aspects:knowledge base establishment,battlefield situation assessment,command and control decision-making,and self-organization learning.Through experiments,it is concluded that the command and control process of the model is reasonable and the logic is correct,which can realize effective command and control.
