摘　　要：该文解密老子生平之谜和《老子》成书之谜。论证老子是陈国人,不是楚国人,老子一生与伏羲之道息息相关。论证孔子三十一岁在周都洛邑、五十七岁在宋国沛邑,先后两次问道老子。论证老子五十余岁辞官以后居宋长达近四十年,居宋初期《老子》已经成书并流传天下,于九十二岁楚国灭陈之后才出关往秦,并非《史记》所言辞官以后立刻出关往秦,亦非应关尹之请才著《老子》。并附老子生平年表、《老子》大事年表以证之。This paper is the third of a series of articles on Lao Tzu,it decrypts mysteries of Lao Tzu's lifetime and the creation process of Lao Tzu.The article demonstrates that Lao Tzu is from the state of Chen,not from the state of Chu,and Lao Tzu's life is closely related to the theory of Fuxi.This article demonstrates Confucius,31 years old in Luoyi,the capital of Zhou State,and 57 years old in Peiyi,the State of Song,asked Lao Tzu about Tao twice.It demonstrates Lao Tzu had lived in the State of Song for nearly 40 years since he resigned from office in his fifties.In the initial period of Lao Tzu's living in the State of Song,Lao Tzu has been written and spread to all states.Lao Tzu,ninety-two years old,after the State of Chu destroyed the State of Chen,left the Hangu pass and went to the State of Qin,which is not as described in the Records of the Historian that he left the Hangu pass to the State of Qin immediately after resigning his official position,nor was it he wrote Lao Tzu at Guan Yin's request.The article is attached with the chronology of Lao Tzu's life and the chronology of Lao Tzu major events to prove it.
