摘　　要：美国当代政治经济学家埃莉诺·奥斯特罗姆基于扎实的理论研究与实证分析,专注于考察不同制度安排将如何增进或阻碍个体之间的合作机制,并从中发现人类社群解决集体行动困境的可能性。考察奥斯特罗姆的整项研究,其中既有完善的理论支撑,亦有丰富的实证案例佐证,呈现出理论分析与实证考察并重的分析特色,并以整体性的方法论和跨学科的交融而独具魅力。与此同时,奥斯特罗姆具有跨学科研究的眼光,主动运用实证研究与规范研究相联结的方法,体现政治经济学的综合分析视角,继而反映奥氏严谨的学术训练与积极的现实关怀,为后继研究者的学术过程提供有益启示。Based on theoretical research and empirical analysis,Elinor Ostrom is a contemporary American political economist,she focuses on how to promote or hinder the mechanism of cooperation between individuals,and finds out the possibility of human communities to solve the collective action dilemma.Elinor Ostrom's whole research not only has perfect theoretical support,but also has abundant empirical case evidence.It has the characteristics of emphasizing both theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,and the charm of an integration of holistic methodology and interdisciplinary research.Her research tries to be close to the real situation,attaches great importance to case analysis and experimental methods in practical observation,has a strong sense of policy orientation and problem consciousness,and tends to design operable and practical policy tools.At the same time,Elinor Ostrom has a vision of interdisciplinary research,actively uses the method of combining empirical research with normative research,which reflects the comprehensive analysis perspective of political economy,and Elinor Ostrom's rigorous academic training and positive practical care,providing useful inspiration for the academic process of subsequent researchers.
