高职院校女学生HPV疫苗接种意愿调查问卷设计难点分析

摘　　要：宫颈癌是较为常见的一种恶性肿瘤,接种HPV疫苗可以有效预防HPV感染和宫颈癌的发生。近几年我国高职院校发生婚前性行为的人数越来越多,HPV感染率也在逐年增高。因此,高职院校女学生应是HPV疫苗接种的重点关注群体之一。通过问卷调查,可以真实地反映高职院校女学生对HPV疫苗的接种意愿,但是目前高职院校女学生HPV疫苗接种意愿调查问卷的设计并不完整,需进一步改善。该研究主要对高职院校女学生HPV疫苗接种意愿调查问卷的设计过程进行了阐述,分析了调查问卷的设计难点,并提出了解决方案。Cervical cancer is a relatively common malignancy,and HPV vaccination can effectively prevent the occurrence of HPV infection and cervical cancer.In recent years,more and more people have premarital sex in higher vocational colleges in Chi⁃na,and the HPV infection rate is also increasing year by year.Therefore,female students in higher vocational colleges should be one of the focus groups of HPV vaccination.The questionnaire survey can truly reflect the willingness of female students in higher voca⁃tional colleges,but the design of the questionnaire of female students in higher vocational colleges is not very complete and needs to be further improved.The study mainly elaborated the design process of the HPV vaccination willingness questionnaire for female stu⁃dents in higher vocational colleges,analyzed the design difficulties of the questionnaire,and proposed solutions.
