青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者就诊特点及视野损害影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析上海电力医院青光眼睫状体炎综合征(PSS)门诊患者就诊特点及视野损害影响因素,为制定PSS规范化诊疗策略及改善患者视功能提供参考依据。方法:选取2008年1月—2021年12月上海电力医院收治的70例(86只眼) PSS患者,收集患者临床资料,分析其就诊特点及影响PSS患者视野损害的因素。结果:70例PSS患者初次就诊年龄主要集中在20~60岁,占81.43%,其中,41~50岁人群占比最高,占24.29%。首次就诊人数和就诊人次数均以夏季最高。70例PSS患者中,发生视野损害者共24例,占34.29%,视野损害程度平均为(-11.53±6.52) dB。确诊年龄高为PSS患者视野损害的保护因素,总病程长、视力低、双眼、眼压高、窄房角及复发为影响PSS患者视野损害的独立危险因素。结论:PSS患者初次就诊年龄集中在20~60岁,此病在夏季高发,且患者年平均就诊次数以<2次为主。PSS患者可合并视野损害,确诊年龄高是其视野损害的保护因素,总病程长、视力低、双眼、眼压高、窄房角及复发为其独立危险因素。OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of glaucomatocyclitis syndrome(PSS)outpatients and the influencing fac⁃tors of visual field damage in Shanghai electric power hospital.METHODS Selected 70 cases(86 eyes)of PSS patients admitted to Shanghai Electric Power Hospital from January 2008 to December 2021,collected the clinical data,and analyzed the treatment char⁃acteristics and the factors affecting the visual field damage of PSS patients.RESULTS The age of the first visit of 0 PSS patients was mainly from 20 to 60 years old,accounting for 81.43%,among which,the population from 41 to 50 years old accounted for the high⁃est proportion,accounting for 24.29%.The number of first visits and the number of visits were the highest in summer.Among the 70 patients with PSS,24 patients had visual field damage,accounting for 34.29%,and the average degree of visual field damage was(-11.53±6.52)dB.High age of diagnosis was a protective factor for visual field impairment in patients with PSS,and total disease duration,visual acuity,both eyes,intraocular pressure,narrow atrial angle and recurrence were independent risk factors affecting visual field impairment in patients with PSS.CONCLUSION The age of PSS patients is 20 to 60 years old,and this disease is high in summer,and the average number of annual visits of patients is<2.Patients with PSS can be complicated by visual field damage,and high age of diagnosis is a protective factor for visual field damage,while total duration,visual acuity,ocular ularity,ocular pressure,narrow atrial angle and recurrence are independent risk factors.
