摘  要:伊犁师范大学是新疆培养免费师范生的重要院校。对该校2011—2014级历史学免费师范生的实习支教情况进行问卷调查和访谈后发现,实习支教工作在取得重大成绩的同时,存在三方面的问题:实习与支教的关系未完全明确,部分带队、指导教师的责任有一定缺失;实习支教学生的教学能力与专业知识有欠缺;实习支教的效果尚有不足,评价体系尚不完善。解决上述问题,可以从两方面着手:实习和支教并重,改善实习支教环境,合理安排实习支教任务;落实带队和指导教师的职责,合理调整大学课程,优化评价体系,调整实习支教时间。Yili Normal University is an important institution for training tuition-free normal students in Xinjiang.Through a questionnaire survey and interviews on the in-post teaching practice of Grade 2011-2014 history tuition-free normal students,it was found that while the in-post teaching practice work had achieved great achievements,there were still three problems:the relationship between the teaching practice and education supporting was not completely clear,and part of the team leaders and the instructors were lack of responsibility;the teaching ability and professional knowledge of the teaching students are deficient;the effects of in-post teaching practice was still insufficient,and the evaluation system was not perfect.Problems can be solved from two aspects:pay equal attention to the teaching practice and education supporting,improving the environment of the in-post teaching practice,and arrange the tasks of in-post teaching practice reasonably,carrying out the duties of leading the team and guiding the teachers,adjusting the university curriculum and the time of in-post teaching practice reasonably,optimizing the evaluation system.
