河南财政教育投入与经济发展水平的时空耦合关系研究

摘　　要：基于河南省18个省辖市,以2001—2020年为尺度,构建了河南省财政教育投入与经济发展水平两系统的耦合评价模型,并对两系统之间的耦合变动特征进行了实证测算与解析,对耦合度适宜性跃迁路径进行了拓展性分析。研究发现,从耦合值的绝对水平来看,河南省各省辖市财政教育投入与经济发展水平的耦合度虽有所提升,但整体仍处于较低水平;从耦合度的时间序列均值变化趋势来看,除部分年份有小幅波动外,其余各年份两系统耦合度均处于不同速度的增长趋势;从空间角度来看,河南省核心与外围两区域之间、各省辖市之间的耦合度均存在较大差距,分布不协调,其中核心区域耦合情况优于外围区域,此外两区域系统耦合度差距逐渐缩小,未来极有可能出现耦合趋同的状况。研究以耦合趋同的可能性为契机,探索了区域耦合跃迁模式并提出了可行性政策建议,旨在为促进河南省教育与经济的高质量协同发展提供参考与借鉴。Based on the 18 provincial cities in Henan Province,this paper constructs the coupling coordination evaluation model between financial education investment and economic development level in Henan province from 2001 to 2020.We measure and analysis the coupling change characteristics,and make an extended analysis of the coupling degree suitability transition path.The results show that it is improved to the coupling degree between financial education input and economic development level in Henan province,but the overall level is still low.From the spatial perspective,the coupling degree is a big gap between the core and the outer regions and other cities in Henan Province,and the distribution is not coordinated.The coupling degree in the core region is better than that in the outer region.However,the coupling degree gap between the two regions is narrowing gradually.Moreover,the coupling convergence is likely to reach in the future.Therefore,we take the possibility of coupling convergence as an opportunity to explore the two regional coupling transition modes.Finally,the paper puts forward feasible policy suggestions to aim at building a high-quality education system in Henan Province.It gives full play to the demographic dividend,and promotes the high-quality coordinated development of education and economy in Henan Province.
