摘 要:以花脸香蘑菌株“ts916”为供试菌株,采用平板培养法,在培养基中加入不同种类及质量浓度的无机盐、维生素和植物生长调节剂,研究供试物质对花脸香蘑菌丝生长的作用。结果表明,供试无机盐中,适量质量浓度的磷酸二氢钾、硫酸镁对花脸香蘑菌丝生长有促进作用,而氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜抑制花脸香蘑菌丝生长。当硫酸镁质量浓度为1.5 g·L^(-1)时,花脸香蘑菌丝生长速度最快,为4.88 mm·d^(-1)。供试维生素(VB1、VB2、VB6、VC、叶酸和烟酸)在一定范围内均可显著促进花脸香蘑菌丝的生长,其中当VB6质量浓度为4 mg·L^(-1)时,花脸香蘑菌丝生长速度最快,为6.63 mm·d^(-1)。供试植物生长调节剂中,6-BA、2,4-D、NAA抑制花脸香蘑菌丝的生长,GA3的添加对花脸香蘑菌丝生长影响不显著。Lepista sordida‘ts916’plate culture was used as test strain,which was cultivated in culture mediums with different kinds and different concentrations of inorganics salts,vitamins and phytohormones to research the effects of substances above-mentioned on the mycelial growth of L.sordida.The results showed that suitable concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate,magnesium sulfate could promote the mycelial growth of L.sordida,sodium chloride,potassium chloride,calcium chloride,zinc sulfate,manganese sulfate and copper sulphate were disadvantageous to the mycelial growth.The concentration of magnesium sulfate was 1.5 g·L^(-1)could accelerate the mycelial growth rate to reach a maximum of 4.88 mm·d^(-1).Among the vitanmins tested,VB1,VB2,VB6,VC,folic acid and nicotinic acid could promote the mycelial growth.When the concentration VB6 was 4 mg·L^(-1),the mycelial growth reached the highest rate of 6.63 mm·d^(-1).Among the phytohormones tested,6-BA,2,4-Dand NAA were disadvantageous to the mycelial growth.GA3 had not significant role in promoting orinhibiting the mycelial growth of L.sordida.
