摘  要:目的:基于大学生群体的体质特点和现实情况,该文将探讨大学生体育锻炼及合理饮食对身体成分的影响。方法:随机选取某高校两个自然班学生,分为运动组和食育组,运动组单纯进行运动干预,每周一次体育运动,每次90min,运动强度维持在最大心率的50%~70%之间。食育组在运动组基础上结合食育教育,每周一次,每次15~20min。实验前后进行体成分相关指标测试。结果:食育组和运动组干预后脂肪含量、体重、BMI指数以及肌肉含量、内脏脂肪指数、总水分较干预前都显著改善。除此之外,食育组在干预后蛋白质含量也有了显著增加。实验干预后组间比较发现,食育组与运动组相比,脂肪、体重、BMI指数以及肌肉含量、总水分改善更显著。结论:(1)单纯运动干预可有效降低大学生脂肪含量、体重、BMI指数、内脏脂肪指数和总水分,提高肌肉含量;(2)良好的饮食教育结合运动干预可以有效降低大学生脂肪含量、体重、BMI指数、内脏脂肪指数和总水分含量,提高肌肉、蛋白质含量,起到减脂和增肌的效果,且效果显著优于单纯运动干预。Objective:Based on the physical characteristics and reality of college students,this paper will discuss the influence of physical exercise and reasonable diet on body composition of college students.Methods:Students from two natural class in a university were randomly selected and divided into the exercise group and food-education group.The exercise group was simply given exercise intervention,with exercise once a week for 90 minutes each time,and the exercise intensity was maintained 50%-70%of the maximum heart rate.The food-education group was combined with food education on the basis of the exercise group,with once a week for 15-20 minutes each time.Related indexes of body composition were tested before and after the experiment.Results:The fat content,body weight,BMI,muscle content,visceral fat index and total water content in the food-education group and the exercise group were significantly improved after the intervention compared with those before the intervention.In addition,the protein content in the food-education group also increased significantly after the intervention.After the experimental intervention,through the comparison of groups,it was found that the fat,body weight,BMI,muscle content and total water content in the food-education group were significantly improved compared with the exercise group.Conclusion:(1)Simple exercise intervention can effectively reduce the fat content,body weight,BMI,visceral fat index and total water content of college students and improve muscle content.(2)The combination of good food education and exercise intervention can effectively reduce the fat content,weight,BMI,visceral fat index and total water content of college students and improve the muscle and protein content,which plays the effect of fat reduction and muscle gain,and the effect is significantly better than simple exercise intervention.
