摘  要:超高压前混合磨料罐需要承担磨料的存储和相应的压力,所以对其强度具有非常高的要求,因此提出了基于纤维缠绕的超高压前混合磨料罐的优化设计,然后基于网格理论开展设计,对磨料罐的筒身与封头段等进行了力学的特性分析,并得出筒身和封头需要缠绕的厚度和角度。经对磨料罐的上罐口进行结构性的优化设计后,利用有限元软件加以验证分析,主要针对纤维铺层的应力和应变进行分析,再和传统的磨料罐加以对比研究。The ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive tank needs to bear the storage of abrasive and the corresponding pressure,so it has a very high requirement on its strength.Therefore,the optimization design of the ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive tank based on fiber winding is proposed.Then,the design is carried out based on the grid theory,and the mechanical characteristics of the cylinder body and the head section of the abrasive tank are analyzed.The thickness and Angle of the barrel and head are obtained.After the structural optimization design of the upper mouth of the abrasive tank,the finite element software is used to verify the analysis,mainly aiming at the stress and strain analysis of the fiber layer,and then compared with the traditional abrasive tank.
