育人式竞争:“后双减时代”教育竞争观的重塑

摘  要:育人式竞争是适合时代发展需要的一种新教育竞争观,其主旨是坚持教育的育人本质,充分发挥竞争的积极功能,培育、造就作为完整发展之生命体的人,实现生命质量的提高与生命价值的提升。后双减时代,摒弃“制器式竞争”的病态观念,树立“育人式竞争”之新教育竞争观,对于形成正确的教育竞争观、实现竞争的多元意义、修复教育生态及推进“教育无竞争”的实现具有重要过渡意义。育人式竞争的实现,需以育人为核心,从完善制度建设、加强教育改革、弱化社会竞争、革新文化观念、构建育人共同体等方面进行协同改革。Educational competition is a new concept of educational competition suitable for the development needs of today's times.Its main purpose is to adhere to the educational essence of education,give full play to the positive function of competition,cultivate and bring up people as a complete and developed living body,and realize the improvement of life quality and life value.In the post-double-reduction era,abandoning the morbid concept of “system competition” and establishing a new educational competition concept of “education competition” has important transitional significance for forming a correct educational competition concept,realizing the pluralistic significance of competition,repairing the educational ecology and promoting the realization of “education without competition”.The realization of education competition needs to take education as the core,and carry out collaborative reform from perfecting system construction,strengthening education reform,weakening social competition,innovating cultural concept,and building education community.
