摘　　要：体细胞基因增强是改善或者提高人自身或其后代身体某些功能的一类医学技术手段的统称。这种增强会导致人的基因出现社会层化,也会使人群出现相应的社会层化。体细胞基因增强社会层化在社会公正、人的身心健康、自主权等方面存在着令人忧虑的伦理风险,必须采取相应的预警防控措施对其进行伦理调控,以削弱该类增强的社会层化与伦理风险,促进体细胞基因增强的研发和应用保持在有利于人类长远发展的方向上。Genetic enhancement of Somatic cell is a general term for a kind of medical techniques that improves or enhances certain body functions of people themselves or their descendants.It could lead to the genetic stratification and the corresponding social stratification of people from the perspective of social ethics.Furthermore,these stratifications will increase social inequity and unfair,such as social justice,harming people’s physical and mental health,and violating the autonomy of the persons done the genetic enhancements and other social and ethical risks.Therefore,some precautionary measures centred on the stratifications should be taken to weaken and eliminate the social and ethical risks so that the development and application of genetic enhancement will be promoted in the direction that is beneficial to the long-term development of mankind.
