摘　　要：佛手为中国传统的药食两用植物,应用广泛且历史悠久。佛手中的化学成分主要有黄酮及其苷类、香豆素类、挥发油类、多糖类等,其传统功效为疏肝理气,和胃止痛,燥湿化痰,现代药理研究表明佛手在抗菌、抗肿瘤、降血脂等方面也有着较好的药理活性。整合归纳了佛手的化学成分和药理作用,并在此基础上结合质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)理念,基于植物亲缘学、成分有效性、可测性等方面对佛手的质量标志物进行预测分析,为建立科学的佛手质量控制方法提供参考。Foshou(Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus),a traditional medicinal and food plant with a long history of application in China.The chemical constituents of Foshou(Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus)are mainly flavonoids and the glycosides,coumarins,volatile oils and polysaccharides,etc.Its traditional effects are to soothe liver and regulate Qi,harmonize stomach and relieve pain,and dry dampness and resolve phlegm,while modern pharmacological studies have shown that Foshou(Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus)has good pharmacological activities in antibacterial,antitumor and hypolipidemic aspects.The author integrates and summarizes the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Foshou(Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus),and on the basis of them,the quality marker(Q-marker)concept is combined to predict the quality markers of Foshou(Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus)based on plant affinity,component validity and measurability,which provides a reference for establishing a scientific quality control method for Foshou(Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus).
