摘　　要：目的构建科室感控绩效考核指标体系,以期为评价科室感控提供全面、系统、可量化的标准。方法在文献研究、半结构式访谈和小组讨论的基础上拟订指标体系初稿,并编制函询问卷,采用德尔菲法(Delphi)对北京市27名专家进行2轮函询,运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%。权威系数分别为0.925和0.940,判断依据分别为0.936和0.944,熟悉程度分别为0.914和0.936。第二轮函询一、二、三级指标的肯德尔协调系数(Kendall′s W)分别为0.245、0.342、0.437。最终确定的科室感控绩效考核指标体系包括4项一级指标,12项二级指标,31项三级指标。结论本研究构建的科室感控绩效评价指标体系专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,能够对科室感控工作提供客观、公正的考核。OBJECTIVE To establish the performance assessment index system for infection control in hospital departments so as to provide a comprehensive,systematic and quantifiable standard for assessment of infection control.METHODS The first draft of index system was drawn up based on literature research,semi-structured interview and group discussion,the questionnaire was compiled.Two rounds of correspondence were conducted with 27 experts in Beijing by Delphi method,and the weights of indexes at all levels were determined by means of analytic hierarchy process.RESULTS The recovery rates of valid questionnaires were 100%for both rounds of the correspondence.The authority coefficients were 0.925 and 0.940,respectively,the judgement bases were 0.936 and 0.944,respectively,and the familiarities were 0.914 and 0.936,respectively.Kendall's W coordination coefficients of the first-level,second-level and third-level indexes of the second round inquiry were 0.245,0.342 and 0.437,respectively.The performance assessment index system for infection control in hospital departments that was finally determined included 4 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 31 third-level indexes.CONCLUSION The performance assessment index system for infection control in hospital departments is established based on the experts′opinions,the results are scientific and reliable,and it can provide objective and fair assessment for the infection control in the hospital departments.
