摘　　要：如何客观评价企业创新网络质量是集成电路产业亟待解决的问题。从网络结点、结构、关系维度探讨集成电路企业创新网络的质量特性,构建质量评价的指标体系和支撑方法,以上海205家集成电路企业为样本进行实证分析。研究表明:上海集成电路企业创新网络质量发展态势良好,网络结构是衡量集成电路企业创新网络质量的关键维度,技术创新能力、弱联系和网络开放度是重要质量特性。研究成果为诊断、发现和解决集成电路企业创新网络质量问题提供了有益启示。How to objectively evaluate the quality of enterprise innovation network is an urgent problem to be solved in integrated circuit industry.The quality characteristics of IC enterprises innovation network is discussed from three dimensions of network node,network structure and network relationship,and the index system and supporting methods of IC enterprises innovation network quality evaluation is constructed.Empirical analysis is conducted on 205 IC enterprises in Shanghai.The research shows that the innovation network quality of IC enterprises in Shanghai has a good development trend.The network structure is the key dimension to measure the quality of IC enterprises innovation network,and technology innovation ability,weak connection and network openness are the important quality characteristics.The research results aim to provide useful enlightenment for the diagnosis,discovery and solution of the innovation network quality problems of IC enterprises.
