摘  要:针对现有快速热阀故障率高、运行安全性低的问题,通过全面分析阀门的工作压力、温度及启闭工况特点,采用“力热解耦”和“动态密封压力调节”等方法,给出了一种快速热阀设计技术方案。阀门采用角阀结构,阀座和阀杆设置有冷却水通道,过流气体与阀体之间布设有隔热保温层,驱动方式为液压驱动,对其进行了试验测试和现场使用测试。结果显示,开启时间为1.0 s,关闭时间为3 s,满足设计指标和风洞运行需求。该种阀门结构可应用于工作温度≥600℃,工作压力≥10 MPa,开启时间≤2 s的高超声速风洞运行领域或类似工况领域。For the problems of high failure rate and low operation safety of existing quick heat valve,a technical scheme for design of quick heat valve by comprehensively analyzing the working pressure,temperature and characteristics of opening and closing working conditions of the valve and using the ideas of“mechanical and thermal decoupling”and“dynamic sealing and pressure adjustment”.The valve adopts angle valve structure,and the valve seat and stem are provided with cooling water channels.A thermal insulation layer was arranged between the flowing gas and the valve body,and the driving mode was hydraulic drive.The valve was tested experimentally and used and tested in the field.The results show that the opening time is 1.0 s,and the closing time is 3 s,meeting the design index and wind tunnel operation requirements.This valve structure can be applied to hypersonic wind tunnel operation field or similar working conditions of working temperature≥600℃,working pressure≥10 MPa and opening time≤2 s.
