中医药治疗胰腺癌机制研究进展

摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种难以早期诊察、发病快、预后差的恶性肿瘤。目前以手术、放化疗、介入治疗等西医治疗手段为主。随着中医药在现代疾病研究中应用日趋广泛,中医辨证论治、中药提取物活性成分及中药方剂对胰腺癌的治疗积极效果正逐步显现。该文总结了中医学者对胰腺癌的中医理论认识,通过病因病机分析,提出相应的中医药治疗方法。综述了有效的中药提取物单体、单味药及中药复方对胰腺癌的治疗机制。临床采用中药活性提取物联合西药治疗研究显示,黄连素、黄芩素、和厚朴醇联合吉西他滨使用,在增加吉西他滨的敏感性及减少耐药性产生方面显示了积极效果。临床中药辨证施治联合西药治疗上,使用茵陈蒿汤、存正汤、小柴胡汤等中药复方,在稳定患者情况、减少不良反应、提高生活质量方面具有积极效果,为临床防治胰腺癌提供了参考。Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor that is difficult to achieve early detection,with rapid onset and poor prognosis.At present,surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,interventional therapy and other western medicine treatment means.With the increasingly extensive application of TCM in modern disease research,the positive effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,the active ingredients of TCM extract and TCM prescription on the treatment of pancreatic cancer are gradually emerging.This paper summarizes the TCM theoretical understanding of pancreatic cancer,and puts forward the corresponding TCM treatment method through the etiology and pathogenesis analysis.The therapeutic mechanism of effective Chinese medicine extract monomer,monomer drug and TCM compound for pancreatic cancer is reviewed.Using TCM active extracts combined with western medicine,the studies showed that berberine,baicalein,and sulporol used in combination with gemcitabine showed a positive effect in increasing the sensitivity and resistance of gemcitabine.In the clinical treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with western medicine,the use of Chinese medicine combination Yinchenhao Decoction(茵陈蒿汤),Cunzheng Decoction(存正汤)and Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)has a positive effect in stabilizing patients'conditions,reducing adverse reactions and improving the quality of life.The analysis of this article provides a reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
