金鲳鱼白点病对养殖水体理化因子的影响

摘  要:为了解金鲳鱼白点病对养殖水体理化因子的影响,取健康金鲳鱼和患白点病金鲳鱼做对比,健康金鲳鱼为对照组,患白点病金鲳鱼为试验组,每组分为3个不同密度(低密度、中密度和高密度),每3 d测定1次,比较各处理pH值、溶解氧含量、氨氮含量、亚硝酸盐氮含量、硫化氢含量及磷酸盐含量的变化。结果表明:除氨氮含量外,其余各项水体理化因子的检测值均在相关标准的规定范围内;试验期间对照组高密度处理氨氮含量在试验后9、12 d和试验结束时显著高于试验开始时和试验后3 d(P<0.05),而试验组高密度处理氨氮含量在试验后6、9、12 d和试验结束时显著高于试验开始时(P<0.05),表明金鲳鱼患白点病后可能加剧水体环境恶化,导致水体氨氮含量升高;试验组中高密度处理鱼的死亡率高达70%左右,对照组仅为10%,可能是白点病导致鱼体免疫机能下降,而水体氨氮含量增加导致鱼体呼吸困难,两者相互叠加致使金鲳鱼出现高死亡率。因此,在今后金鲳鱼深海智慧网箱养殖过程中,通过监测水体理化因子、控制养殖密度以及合理投喂,可能有效预防白点病的发生。To understand the effect of white spot disease of Trachinotus ovatus on the physical and chemical factors of the water body,a comparative experiment was carried out between the healthy fish(control group)and the white spot disease infected fish(experimental group).Each group was divided into three different density sub-groups(the low density group,the medium density group and the high density group).The index was measured every three days.The changes of physical and chemical factors of the water body including pH,dissolved oxygen,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,hydrogen sulfide and phosphate content in each group were compared.The results showed that except for the ammonia nitrogen content,the detection values of other physical and chemical factors of the water body were within the specified range of relevant standards.In the high density sub-group of the control group,the content of ammonia nitrogen on the 9th,12th day and at the end of the experiment was significantly higher than that at the beginning and on the 3rd day after the experiment(P<0.05).However,in the high density sub-group of the experimental group,the content of ammonia nitrogen on the 6th,9th,12th day and at the end of the experiment was significantly higher than that at the beginning of the experiment(P<0.05).These results indicated that the white spot disease of T.ovatus might aggravate the deterioration of the water environment and lead to the increase of the content of ammonia nitrogen.In the experimental group,the mortality rate of fish in the high density sub-group was as high as about 70%,while it was only 10%in the control group.Maybe the white spot disease caused the decline of fish immune function,and the increase of ammonia nitrogen content in the water body caused breathing difficulties.The superposition of these two factors induced the high mortality rate of T.ovatus.Therefore,in the future,in the process of deep sea intelligent cage culture of T.ovatus,the occurrence of white spot disease may be effectively prevented by monitoring
