摘　　要：当前地方高校人才培养目标与就业市场高技能专业人才需求的矛盾,促使地方高校对人才培养顶层设计的反思,并采取了包括本科生导师制在内的各项改革措施。宜春学院生命科学与资源环境学院本科生导师制的实施对专业化人才的培养起到了积极的推动作用,不仅提升了学生的人生规划意识、思想道德水平,而且也提高了学生的专业技能水平,包括创新能力、解决实际问题的能力等。同时,学生的考研率、论文发表率、参与竞赛的人数以及就业单位好评率都上升了一个新台阶。因此,本科生导师制为地方高校提升人才培养质量提供了新的路径选择。The contradiction between the current talent cultivation goals of local colleges and universities and the demand for highly skilled professionals in the employment market has prompted local universities to reflect on the top-level design of talent cultivation and adopt various reform measures,including the undergraduate mentoring system.The implementation of the mentoring system for undergraduates in the College of Life Sciences and Resources&Environment of Yichun University has played a positive role in promoting the cultivation of specialized talents,not only improving students’awareness of life planning,ideology and morality,but also improving their professional skills,including the ability to innovate and solve practical problems.At the same time,the students’rate of graduate studies,thesis publication rate,the number of participants in competitions and the favorable rate of employment units have all risen to a new level.Therefore,the undergraduate mentoring system provides a new path choice for local universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
