摘  要:为解决文旅夜游演艺项目中不同设备的控制方法不同而导致控制流程复杂的问题,设计一种文旅夜游演艺设备前端控制器。控制器以主控芯片STM32F103ZET6为核心,通过串口与自带通信协议设备进行串行通信,实现协议指令的发送,通过继电开关连接开关设备,实现开关驱动;通过局域网与PC上位机智控管理平台进行网络通信,实现协议指令更新、远端控制命令接收,以及演艺设备运行状态的实时反馈;设置触摸按键实现本地近端控制,通过主控芯片的定时器输入捕获实现触摸按键的检测。测试结果表明,该控制器的网络通信丢包率为0%,平均通信速率为1 ms,所有设计的功能均能正确实现,可对文旅夜游演艺设备进行一体化控制,简化其控制流程。To ease the complex control process caused by different controls of different equipment for shows entertaining night tours,a front controller of equipment for the performing arts for night tour is designed.The controller takes the main control chip STM32F103ZET6 as the core,realizes the protocol delivery through serial communication between the serial port with the selfcontained communication protocol equipment,and achieves switch drive through connecting switches with relay switch.It realizes protocol instruction update,remote control command reception and realtime feedback of controlled equipment operating state through network communication through LAN and PC host computer intelligent management platform.Also,it enables local nearend control by setting touch buttons,and realizes detection of the touch buttons through the timer input capture of the main control chip.The test results show that the network communication packet loss rate of the controller is 0%,its average communication rate is 1 ms,all its designed functions can be correctly realized,and integrated control of the equipment for performances for night tours can thus be achieved in a simplified process.
