摘 要:从厦门市某污水处理厂的活性污泥中分离纯化得到一株具有高效脱氮能力的菌株ZB-1,通过菌落形态、生理生化和16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定为斯氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas stutzeri)。对菌株ZB-1在不同初始pH值、菌液接种量、碳源及NO3--N浓度条件下脱氮性能的分析结果表明,最优条件为pH7~8、丁二酸钠为碳源、接种量为3%,培养48 h后,其脱氮率为90.81%;菌株ZB-1具有较强的耐受性,对高浓度(200 mg·L^(-1)和500 mg·L^(-1))的NO3--N废水48 h脱氮率分别为70.61%和28.00%,7 d内可完全去除,表明菌株ZB-1在处理高浓度NO3--N废水的实际应用中具有一定的优势。A strain ZB-1 with high nitrogen removal ability was isolated and purified from the activated sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Xiamen,China.Through colony morphology,physiological and biochemical analysis,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,it was preliminarily identified as Pseudomonas stutzeri.The analysis of nitrogen removal performance of strain ZB-1 under different initial pH,inoculum amount,carbon source,and nitrate nitrogen concentration conditions showed that the nitrogen removal rate was 90.81%after 48 hours of incubation with pH=7.2,sodium succinate as carbon source,and inoculum amount of 3%.The strain ZB-1 has a strong tolerance,with a nitrogen removal rate of 70.61%and 28.00%for high concentration(200 mg·L^(-1) and 500 mg·L^(-1))nitrate nitrogen wastewater within 48 hours,respectively,and can be completely removed within 7 days,indicating that the strain ZB-1 has a certain advantage in the practical application of treating high concentration nitrate nitrogen wastewater.
