摘　　要：服务导向理念下,建设应用型本科院校教学管理队伍,可以促进院校强化管理效能、增强教学质量。目前基于服务导向的应用型本科院校教学管理队伍建设中仍然存在很多问题,需要从更新理念构建科学的建设目标体系、注重管理强化教学队伍规范化水平等策略出发,提升教学管理队伍建设和服务水平。Under the service-oriented concept,building a teaching management team in applied undergraduate colleges can promote colleges to strengthen management efficiency and enhance teaching quality.At present,there are still many problems in the construction of teaching management team based on service-oriented application-oriented undergraduate colleges.It is necessary to improve the construction and service level of teaching management team from strategies such as updating the concept to build a scientific construction target system,focusing on management and strengthening the standardization level of the teaching team.
