摘  要:高校劳动教育常态化是价值塑造、能力培养和素质提升的教育。社会劳动价值取向多元化、家庭劳动教育淡化、学校劳动教育课程实施零散化,对高校劳动教育常态化有一定影响。“因事而化”加强劳动思想教育,使得学生心里有标杆;“因势而新”加强劳动能力培养,使得学生有获得感;“因时而进”加强劳动实践锻炼,激励学生学以致用,成长为社会主义现代化建设服务的新型高素质人才。The normalization of labor education in colleges and universities is the education of value shaping,ability training and quality promotion.The diversification of social labor value orientation,the dilution of family labor education and the scattered implementation of school labor education curriculum have certain influences on the normalization of labor education in colleges and universities.“According to the situation”to strengthen the ideological education of labor,so that students have a benchmark in mind;“new to the situation”to strengthen the training of labor ability,so that students have a sense of gain;“advance according to the time”strengthens the labor practice exercise,encourages the student to study to apply,grows for the socialist modernization construction service new high quality talented person.
