大思政格局下高职院校十大育人体系构建探索

摘　　要：本研究旨在调查高职院校思想政治教育十大育人体系工作现状,分析当前十大育人体系构建过程中存在的问题,并提出一些工作思路。本研究采用问卷调查、个别访谈的方式开展,调查结果显示:部分高校教职工缺乏开展思政教育的意识、各育人体系存在思政资源挖掘不充分、思政育人方法创新性不足、思政育人合力尚未形成等问题。大思政格局下,高校十大育人体系构建过程中需要优化以下几方面工作:首先,继续践行全员育人理念,鼓励全体教职工积极参与到思政育人工作中。其次,积极探索、创新育人方法,深挖思政育人资源;最后,优化学校层面顶层设计,加强校内各部门间的沟通与协调,形成思政育人合力,最终实现思想政治教育工作系统化、科学化。This study aims to investigate the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,analyze the existing problems of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and put forward some working ideas.This study is carried out by means of questionnaire and individual interview.The survey results showed that some college staff members lack the awareness of carrying out ideological and political education,there are some problems in each educational system,such as insufficient excavation of ideological and political resources,insufficient innovation of ideological and political education methods,and the joint force of ideological and political education has not been formed.In order to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,colleges and universities need to optimize the following aspects.Firstly,continue to practice the concept of all staff education and encourage all teaching staff to participate in ideological and political education.Secondly,optimize the top-level design at the school level,strengthen the communication and coordination among various departments in the school,and form a joint force of ideological and political education.Finally,actively explore and innovate educational methods and dig deep into ideological and political educational resources.
