摘 要:在皮革行业中,收缩温度是表征皮革热稳定性、指导加工工艺制定的重要参数。借助机器视觉,能够对皮革在收缩过程中的微小位移量进行更加准确的测量,提升检测精度和效率。对此,本文阐述了目前皮革收缩温度识别的重要性与识别仪器设备的发展现状,对机器视觉技术应用涉及的图像预处理、角点检测、相机标定等算法展开分析,并对基于机器视觉的皮革收缩温度智能化识别系统的硬件与软件进行了设计,最终以皮革收缩温度检测试验,验证了系统的有效性和应用效果。In the leather industry,shrinkage temperature is an important parameter that characterizes the thermal stability of leather and guides the formulation of processing processes.With the help of machine vision,it is possible to measure the small displacement of leather during the shrinkage process more accurately,improving detection accuracy and efficiency.In this regard,this article elaborated on the importance of leather shrinkage temperature recognition and the current development status of recognition instruments and equipment.The image preprocessing,corner detection,camera calibration and other algorithms involved in the application of machine vision technology were analyzed,and the hardware and software of an intelligent recognition system for leather shrinkage temperature were designed based on machine vision.The effectiveness and application effect of the system were verified through leather shrinkage temperature detection experiments.
